LAST WEEK’S ANSWER
Last week’s photo was taken at Boral
Concrete on Parramatta Road at
Granville.
If you love burgers, then keep your
fingers crossed for lockdown ending
because American burger juggernaut
Five Guys has landed in Australia, and
their first store is right here in western
Sydney. Five Guys opened in Penrith on Mulgoa
Road last week and the locals are going nuts for
the burgers, fries and hot dogs. Hopefully we’ll
all get to head down the M4 next month to try
them out!
Just celebrate winners: Criticism that
the Emmy Awards winners were “too
white” gets a massive eye-roll from
us. All of the winners were terrific in
the shows they were honoured for.
Surely we don’t need the colour of someone’s
skin to decide if they should or shouldn’t get an
award? There can be a wider discussion about
better diversity within the industry as a whole,
but let’s not point the finger at one awards night.
