AACE – Earned Value Professional
Course objectives
This course prepares trainees for the Earned Value
Professional (EVP) credential from the Authority for
Total Cost Management organization. Additionally, the
course discusses the weakness of the traditional project
control process, introducing a more sophisticated
control system.

Class duration: 35 hours
Formats:
Classroom
The Earned Value Management (EVM) technique is analyzed in detail with its status,
variance forecast metrics. Multiple exercises will enable trainees to apply EVM to
practical scenarios. The course will also address how to apply EVM within the
organization.
Target
Program managers, project managers, PMO managers, senior management, cost
controllers and other elements engaged in the project cost management.
