The continuing airworthiness management
requirements for aircraft registered in an EU
State vary depending on the size of the aircraft
and the nature of the operation. While it may
not be appropriate to include extensive details on
these requirements the fact that there are
differences should be noted.
This is a valid observation the name is probably
not necessary and long as the position or title of
the persons to whom maintenance functions
have been assigned is identified.
In some jurisdictions there are other names
applied to the manuals involved in maintenance
control. Therefore it would be advisable to be
more generic when referring to such manuals.
