Member Associations send a copy of the IS-BAO Brochure <strong>to</strong> all<br />
operating members.<br />
3 Increase the Number of Workshops<br />
Develop a format for workshops targeted at flight departments that have<br />
not yet decided <strong>to</strong> implement the IS-BAO and present at strategic<br />
locations on a schedule prepared 6 months in advance..<br />
4 Issue Contract <strong>to</strong> Marketing Company<br />
Issue a contract <strong>to</strong> a marketing company <strong>to</strong> gain assistance in educating<br />
flight departments on the value of an industry code of practice.<br />
5 Conduct a Small Opera<strong>to</strong>r Implementation Demo Project<br />
Work with the NBAA <strong>to</strong> develop a demo project that would involve<br />
selection of several one aircraft opera<strong>to</strong>rs and provide sponsorship for<br />
their IS-BAO implementation in return for them providing a ―lessons<br />
learned‖ report. Part 135 Opera<strong>to</strong>rs <strong>to</strong> be included..<br />
6 Develop Brochure for Small Opera<strong>to</strong>rs<br />
Develop an informational brochure targeted at small one aircraft flight<br />
departments, which better depicts the scalability of the standard <strong>to</strong> fit their<br />
scope of operation.<br />
7 Information for Companies Using Charter Services<br />
Develop information <strong>to</strong> be provided <strong>to</strong> corporations that use on-demand<br />
charter services that demonstrates the benefits of chartering <strong>to</strong> IS-BAO<br />
Registered companies. Also, provide information <strong>to</strong> charter companies<br />
on the benefit of having IS-BAO registration and recommend <strong>to</strong> audit<br />
firms that when conducting due diligence audits for clients and doing<br />
audits for their accreditation programs of opera<strong>to</strong>rs that are IS-BAO<br />
Registered, that they fully consider the IS-BAO programs (especially the<br />
opera<strong>to</strong>r‘s SMS) and audit reports <strong>to</strong> minimize their individual audit<br />
activities.<br />
8 Develop Brochure on Safety Evaluation<br />
Develop a brochure that illustrates the key findings of the evaluation of<br />
the safety benefits of the IS-BAO. Also, insert the key results in the<br />
<strong>Business</strong> <strong>Aviation</strong> Safety Brief.<br />
