Mix red velvet cake mix, 2 eggs, and ½ cup vegetable oil in
a bowl. Add white chocolate chips into the mixture if
desired.
Roll cookie dough into balls to place in the oven at 350°F
for 15 minutes, or until expanded.
Take cookies out of the oven and cool in the fridge for 10
minutes.
Frost cookies with vanilla or cream cheese frosting and
add sprinkles or white chocolate chips to decorate. Use
writing gel to decorate the cookies with snowflake or
holiday designs if desired.
