Since its launch, hundreds of you have<br />
downloaded our new app.<br />
The app allows residents to use their<br />
smartphone or tablet to quickly report<br />
issues, check bin collections, see where<br />
roadworks are and much more.<br />
Using the My <strong>Darlington</strong> app you can<br />
report fly tips, potholes and anti-social<br />
behaviour on your phone, pinpointing<br />
exactly where the issue is on a map. You<br />
can also send photos to show what the<br />
problem is.<br />
The information is then sent straight to<br />
the relevant team who can investigate<br />
and sort the problem.<br />
You can use the app on a phone,<br />
tablet or desktop to make payments<br />
via a My<strong>Darlington</strong> account, check<br />
out the latest news, take part in<br />
consultations and see what’s on in your<br />
neighbourhood.<br />
There are plans to add more features to<br />
the app in the future.<br />
The app makes it quicker and easier<br />
for many people to contact us but of<br />
course, if you still want to ring us or<br />
make an appointment to come to the<br />
customer contact centre, you are more<br />
than welcome to do so. See page 22 for<br />
