Forticrete has launched new PAN8 Verge Packs
to provide professionals with a complete
portfolio of high-quality roof tiles and
complementary accessories.
Developed in response to rising customer
demand, the new system has been designed to
support roofing contractors in achieving the
highest quality finish when installing Forticrete’s
innovative PAN8 concrete roof tiles. Replicating
the characteristics of a traditional clay pantile,
the large format concrete tile can now be
installed in conjunction with the PAN8 Verge
system to ensure that water is discharged into
the gutter at the eaves, in addition to improved
longevity and durability, as the system has been
specifically manufactured to accommodate the
tile’s taller profile at the verge. Offering increased
build efficiencies, the roofing accessory is
available as a Verge Continuation or Verge Starter
pack, depending on the requirements of each
domestic or residential project.

SIGA SLATE TOPS OFF SUMMER LAKE

that Fosse Specialist Roofing has used them to replace the roofs of several existing buildings on the site to match that of the lodges, including the

Litecast Ltd. has installed a 350kW SolarEdge PV rooftop system at its new £13 million production
facility in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
Comprising more than 1000 solar panels installed with SolarEdge Power Optimizers with module-level
monitoring capability, the installation is forecast to produce more than 284MW of electricity and offset the Litecast is embracing the value of solar technology
