A CEDRAL SELECT PROFESSIONAL?
Cedral is looking to raise the bar for UK installers and provide homeowners with the
level of service they deserve following the launch of its new Cedral Select Professional
scheme.
Cedral, a leading manufacturer of fibre
cement facades and roof slates, has
launched Cedral Select Professional, a
new initiative which it says will establish the
highest service standards in the sector, while
helping to connect homeowners with the right
installers.
Cedral says trained installers need to demonstrate
a high level of skill, safety and a proven track
record of customer care, and in return they will
receive marketing support, product training and
installation tips from one of the biggest
names in the building products sector.
Cedral Select Professional installers
will also benefit from loyalty
programme incentives.
There are two levels of Cedral Select
Professional, and businesses can opt to
become Members or Partners. Cedral says that
whilst both levels receive technical support,
training and gain accreditation from Cedral,
Partners benefit from pre-qualified quote
requests from customers via an online portal and
exclusive sales toolkits.

Journey Manager, said: “We’ve worked hard over
recent months, talking to installers and
customers alike about how we can improve the
experience for all parties. While customers
wanted confidence when appointing a reliable,
knowledgeable and experienced installer; roofing
and cladding contractors expressed a need for
even better marketing and technical support. We
think with Cedral Select Professional, we’ve got
that balance right, with more happy customers
and profitable installers at the end of projects!

Cedral says becoming a Cedral Select
Professional is simple. Following an initial
installer assessment, including legal checks,
comprehensive product training is provided. Once
a technical validation is completed on a recent
job site to confirm the applicant’s ability to install
Cedral products, you’re up and running as a
