completed climate assessments, conducted significant diversity events, implemented a College diversity enhancement award, established relationships with minority institutions, and are implementing a cultural competence curriculum. Figure 4 shows the diversity composition of our PharmD classes over the last five years. Female to male ratios remained relatively constant over the past few years, approximately 2/3 to 1/3 in Autumn 2005. Figure 4. Professional Student Class Composition <strong>The</strong> total amount of student financial aid awarded to our students increased by 25.9% over 2004 to $12,003,208 in 2005. <strong>The</strong> College held the first annual Endowed Scholarship Donors and Student Recipient Reception focusing on acknowledging our generous scholarship donors and bringing them together with the student scholarship recipients and their families. 7
