GIRGARRE MEMORIAL HALL CENTENARY<br />
The centenary of the formal opening of the Girgarre Memorial Hall will be celebrated on Saturday, 5<br />
March 2022 commencing at 11.30 a.m. at the hall in Morgan Crescent, Girgarre.<br />
Also to be recognised at this event is the formation in 1920 of the Girgarre sub-branch of the Returned Sailors’ and<br />
Soldiers’ Imperial League of Australia (RSSILA), now known as the Returned and Services League of Australia (RSL).<br />
Girgarre Living History invites you to come along to celebrate these significant milestones and to join us for a light<br />
luncheon following the formalities.<br />
The RSL room in Station Street, Girgarre, will be open on the day for visitors to view displays and memorabilia<br />
from 10.00 a.m. to 11.15 a.m. and following the luncheon.<br />
