Dog Complaints<br />
Procedure for Dog Complaints &/or attacks.<br />
If you have experienced a dog attack or encounter dogs at large-please report<br />
to the Shire.<br />
The Shire are committed to resolving all animal issues but they are powerless<br />
unless correct procedures are followed and contact details are obtained.<br />
Please follow the following directives and pass on the correct information to<br />
any phone enquiries.<br />
Any dog attacks or dogs at large MUST be reported to the Shire within 24 hours. The sooner the<br />
better, so the Rangers can attend ASAP, while dogs may still be at large.<br />
If safe to do so, photos or video recordings are extremely beneficial as evidence.<br />

If you are volunteering at The Business Centre and you receive a complaint, instruct them on the above<br />
procedure. If thy are unable to call record the following; record the complainants name, contact information,<br />
time, date and details of the incident. Please note personal details are not divulged. All<br />
personal details are protected under the privacy laws and anonymous complaints cannot be followed up.<br />
