Set in over 1000 acres of stunning 18th century parkland designed by Capability Brown and<br />
home of the Earl of Carnarvon, Highclere has been described as the finest Victorian House in<br />
existence and now, is the home of Downton Abbey. The castle has a magnificent library and<br />
drawing room with the highlight being The Saloon with its 50ft vaulted ceilings. Outside, you<br />
can explore the beautiful gardens and parkland. Tearoom on site & café for lunch -<br />
alternatively you may like to bring food for lunch. Very limited places. Please note - this does<br />
not include entrance to the Egyptian Exhibition. We are unsure if you will be able to add this<br />

Located in rural Dorset, Athelhampton is one of the finest 15th Century Manor Houses in the country and is surrounded by a splendid Arts & Crafts<br />
garden with it’s famous pyramid shaped yew trees. The house contains many finely furnished rooms including The Great Hall, Great Chamber, wine<br />
cellar. The grade I listed garden, dating from c1891, is full of vistas and gains much from the fountains and River Piddle flowing through. The walled<br />
gardens include roses, magnolias, clematis and lilies and also a 15th Century dovecot and boardwalk along the banks of the River Piddle. Facilities<br />

gardens where you can relax a while, leisurely walks and a delightful level Esplanade with views along the coastline. There are some excellent friendly<br />
independent shops in Sidmouth, and a range of cafes, restaurants and pubs. The delightful regency architecture adds to the unique atmosphere of this<br />

London - Marble Arch<br />
Excellent day to the Capital with so much to see and explore in this area. Marble Arch is on<br />
Hyde Park at the end of Oxford Street, where there is some of the best shopping in the<br />
country but there is so much more. On the opposite edge of Hyde Park is Kensington Palace,<br />
whilst nearby is the Royal Albert Hall and the many excellent Museums in Knightsbridge<br />
including the Science and Natural History. Further afield is Portobello Road or you could head<br />
down to The Thames. So much to do! Adult/Over 60 £26.00 | Under 17s £13.00<br />

City of Wells<br />
Wells is one of Britain's gems and a fabulous destination for a day out. Sheltered beneath the<br />
southern slopes of the Mendip Hills, it combines a wealth of historic interest and beautiful<br />
architecture. Wells qualifies as England's smallest, and Somerset's only city because of its<br />
amazing 12th century Cathedral. The wells, which gave the city its name, are located within<br />
the grounds of the Bishop's Palace, which is still the residence of the Bishop of Bath and<br />
Wells. Also of interest are medieval Vicars' Close and the historic market place. Only £22.50<br />

Winchester has so much to offer the visitor and has become a firm favourite with our customers for a relaxing day out - enjoying the sights, sounds and<br />
atmosphere of the city. Discover England's ancient Capital and former seat of King Alfred the Great. The city is packed with historic buildings and<br />
museums including the 11th Century Cathedral combined with tranquil green spaces and an array of interesting independent shops. Quick to get to and<br />

Lovely day out as we visit our historic county town in the heart of 'Hardy's country and boasting elegant 18th century houses, interesting museums,<br />
good shopping and a great Market on Wednesdays. Afterwards we travel to Weymouth with time in this rejuvenated traditional seaside resort. The<br />
wide award winning three mile beach has beautiful sand and a level promenade with traditional facilities to enjoy. Head to the harbour lined by<br />
Georgian houses, grab some chips and watch the fishing boats. Lovely. Only £20.00<br />
