VW & AUDI POWER STEERING AND WATER PUMP PULLEY
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT AID
This tool's double triangular head configuration is designed to be used on pulleys that utilize
socket head bolts. The tool holds the power steering or water pump pulley stationary while
removing or replacing the three socket head bolts that attach the pulley to the shaft. Used on
power steering and water pumps on all Volkswagen and Audi water-cooled, four-cylinder, gas
or diesel engines, from 1975 & later, Volkswagen V-6 1992 and later. In addition it is used on
the power steering pump pulley with Audi V-8 engines, 1990 & later, Audi V-6 engines, 1992
& later, Audi 1981-1995 and Volkswagen 1983-1988 5 cylinder engines that have socket head

HUB BEARING REMOVERS
These unique tools were designed to remove the hub bearings that are rusted to
the steering knuckle, without removing the steering knuckle from the vehicle or the
CV axle assembly, also when utilized properly does not require the use of a press.
Available are two sizes which fit any hub bearing with 12 mm X 1.75 or 14 mm X 1.5
thread. Simple in design and effective in use, these hub bearing removers will save
an hour + when removing stubborn hub bearings.
The 12 mm works on many:
Chrysler, GM, Ford, Mazda, Saturn, Volvo, Isuzu, Saab and other vehicles with 12 mm
X 1.75 thread.
The 14 mm works on many:
Chrysler, GM, Ford, Honda, Nissan, Infinity, VW, Audi, Mazda, Volvo, Mitsubishi, Kia,
Hummer, and other vehicles with 14 mm X 1.5 tread.

This unique tool was designed to compress the hydraulic timing belt
tensioner when servicing the water pump. The factory screw type
tool is hard to use and strips easily. This tool holds the timing belt in
place against the cam gear. There will be no need to reset the timing
as the engine is held at TDC (top dead center) and the belt will
be held stationary when replacing the water pump. Additionally
servicing the timing belt is easy by compressing the tensioner, slide
the lock pin in the hydraulic tensioner, remove the tool and the belt
can be replaced. This tool makes both water pump replacement
and timing belt replacement easy
