VW / AUDI TIMING BELT PULLEY HOLDER
This crank pulley holding tool has been developed to aid in the removal and installation of the crank bolt
on VW and Audi four cylinder engines. These crank pulleys need a special tool to hold the pulley stationary
for the crank bolt to be removed and reinstalled to the factory torque requirement. Previous to this tool a
chain wrench has been used in the past. This, in most cases, damages the pulley which in turn prematurely
wears out the belt.
This tool works on:
Part Number 67600
1.8L 4 cylinder turbo VW & Audi 1998-2006
2.0L 4 cylinder VW & Audi 1993-2005
2.0L 4 cylinder turbo VW & Audi 2006 & later
VW & AUDI STRUT SHOCK NUT SOCKET
Part Number 87300
This tool has been designed to allow for the easy removal and
installation of the shock retaining nut used on most front wheel
drive Volkswagens and Audi’s. At the bottom of the tool it has a slot
drive to fit the slot in the top of the lower retaining nut, and a hole
through its center to allow for an Allen wrench to hold the shock
from turning.
VW & AUDI TENSION PULLEY SPANNER WRENCH
These tools, for use on VW’s and Audis, have been designed to allow for
the easy adjustment of the camshaft spur belts having idler pulleys with pin
holes. In operation, this spanner wrench with its protruding pins, grips the
center of the idler pulley and rotates it around its off-center retaining bolt.
This rotation then allows for camshaft spur belt tension adjustment. #86400
is used on early Audi and VW's through 1997. #62400 is used on Audi
and VW's 1998 and later. Made from heat treated alloy steel, this unique
tool comes with a black finish and a soft grip handle.
CIS FUEL INJECTOR PULLER
This tool has been developed to easily remove CIS fuel injectors on many inline
engines including all gasoline water-cooled Volkswagen, Porsche 924,
and Audi automobiles. In operation, this tool fits down around the injector
base and with the use of a screwdriver as a lever it “pops” out the injector
eliminating possible damage to the injector hose. Made from heat treated
steell. Part Number 83400
OXYGEN SENSOR WRENCH
Part Number
62400
Audi #3387
For Use With Any Size Electrical Connector
This unique wrench has been designed for 16-valve GTI Volkswagens, and can be used with most
all oxygen sensors no matter what size electrical terminal connectors they have. Its compact design
with a 3/8 inch square drive allows for easy access to the oxygen sensor which is often located in
a very confined area like the rear oxygen sensors on all VW 4 CYL 1996 and later. This tool works
on both Foreign and Domestic cars.
