IDEA SUBMISSION AGREEMENT
Enclosed herewith is a new product or new idea as described below. By submitting the same, the undersigned represents and warrants that he/
she is the sole owner of the entire right, title, and interest in and to such new idea of new product and has the right to transfer all such right,
title, and interest in and to such product or idea to Schley Products, Inc.
My product (or) idea relating to ____________________________________________________________________________________

is submitted to you on a non-confidential basis and its’ submission does not obligate Schley Products in any way. I understand that upon
submission of my product or idea Schley will promptly review and consider whether Schley desires to offer me an award or royalty contract
to use the product or idea. In the event I do not enter into a contract with Schley, I understand that Schley assumes no obligation and that any
claim which I may have shall be based solely upon patent rights I might now have or will obtain on my product or idea.
It is understood by me that Schley Products Inc., will not be bound in any manner by suggestions or ideas of a general nature not in such a form
when disclosed that they can be protected under the Patent and Copyright Laws of the United States of America.
I hereby release Schley Products Inc., and its representatives of any liability in this connection and rely solely upon such protection of my
creation as is afforded me under the Patent and Copyright Laws of the United States of America.
The undersigned further represents and warrants that he/she has read and understands the Idea Submission Policy of Schley Products, Inc., dated
January 1, 1992, and does hereby agree that this new product or new idea is being submitted subject to each and every one of the terms and
conditions set forth in such Policy. The undersigned further represents and warrants that he/she is eighteen (18) years of age or older. (If not,
this Agreement must also be signed a parent of guardian.)
