conditionsinthesite’sfuture.
WhileCollinsAvenueispositionedaboveSLRconditions,50%ofthesitewillbe
inundatedbyonefootofSLRwiththeadditionoftwofeetofhightideflooding.This
establishesthelowestpointofthesiteatthreefeet,providinganewsiteboundary
fromwhichworkcouldbecontainedtolimitsoildisruptionwherepossible,withthe
exceptionofstrategiccutandfilltoaddressretentionpondsandstormsurge
mitigation.
