1tablespoonoliveoil

1/3cuplesssodiumsoysauce

1/3cupFloridaRawHoney

1/3cupYauponHollyKombucha

1cupofWildRice(Localisideal,butnoteasytofind)

1. Cookthewildricehoweveryouprefer(Thiswilltake45-60minutes).

2. Portionthesalmonintotwohalvesandplaceintoaovensafepanwith1/2the

oliveoilspreadinside.

3. Inasmallbowlormeasuringcup,mixthegarlic,ginger,scallions,oliveoil,soy

sauce,honeyandthekombucha.

4. Pourhalfofthemarinadeonthesalmon.Savetheotherhalfforlater.

5. Letthesalmonmarinateintherefrigeratorforatleast30minutes.

6. Whenready,setyourovento350°F

7. Onceyourovenisready,putyoursalmonintotheovenfor15minutes.

8. Stir-frythebroccoliwiththeremainingoliveoilandsaltandpeppertotaste.

9. After15minutes,setyouroventobroilat500°Ffor3-5minutesoruntilthe

SalmonreservesalightMaillardreaction(browning).

10. Removethesalmonfrompanandplateoverabedofwildricewithasideof

broccoli.

11. Youcaneitherpourtheremainingsauceoverthesalmonoryoucansetitinto

asmallsauceronthetablesoyoucanaddsauceatyourleisure.
