CENTRAL VALLEY CORVETTES GENERAL MEETING<br />
MINUTES <strong>of</strong> MAY 16, <strong>2022</strong><br />
President Jeff Engelman called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM. Jeff welcomed<br />
the Members and guests. Jeff mentioned to the group that the PA system was not<br />
operational tonight.<br />
Secretary Debbie Garrison – Due to the problem with the PA Jeff asked the group<br />
to approve the minutes <strong>of</strong> April 18, <strong>2022</strong>, as printed in the Newsletter. A motion<br />
was made by Leigh Anne Severance and seconded by Charlie Fosnaugh.<br />
VP <strong>of</strong> Public Relations/Membership – Julie Sons welcomed guests Josh Bowling<br />
and Marina Vasquez, Linda Mroz and Barbara George and Linda Lamaack and Kay<br />
Linch. Jimmy and Jody Webb, Bruce and Sheri Garlock, Armando and Rachael<br />
Garcia, Dan and Caren Resciniti were voted in as members. Mike and Stacy Stanger<br />
received their Initiation bag and their badges. Julie announced the May birthdays<br />
and anniversaries. Debbie and Keith were the only May anniversary, so they<br />
received the anniversary gift.<br />
Treasurer’s Report Dick Danielsen – Dick gave a reporting <strong>of</strong> the Treasury Report<br />
with an accounting <strong>of</strong> deposits and checks written and our current balance. A<br />
copy is attached for your consideration. Dick read a financial accounting <strong>of</strong> the<br />
clubs fixed costs and income. Stephanie Engelman sold raffle tickets for the May<br />
meeting. Our treasury balance matches the bank balance.<br />
VP <strong>of</strong> Activities Keith Garrison – Keith thanked members for new runs in <strong>June</strong> and<br />
reminded members to remember to call and get them on the calendar. Keith<br />
asked Run Leaders to report on the past and upcoming activities.
