CENTRAL VALLEY CORVETTES GENERAL MEETING
MINUTES of MAY 16, 2022
President Jeff Engelman called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM. Jeff welcomed
the Members and guests. Jeff mentioned to the group that the PA system was not
operational tonight.
Secretary Debbie Garrison – Due to the problem with the PA Jeff asked the group
to approve the minutes of April 18, 2022, as printed in the Newsletter. A motion
was made by Leigh Anne Severance and seconded by Charlie Fosnaugh.
VP of Public Relations/Membership – Julie Sons welcomed guests Josh Bowling
and Marina Vasquez, Linda Mroz and Barbara George and Linda Lamaack and Kay
Linch. Jimmy and Jody Webb, Bruce and Sheri Garlock, Armando and Rachael
Garcia, Dan and Caren Resciniti were voted in as members. Mike and Stacy Stanger
received their Initiation bag and their badges. Julie announced the May birthdays
and anniversaries. Debbie and Keith were the only May anniversary, so they
received the anniversary gift.
Treasurer’s Report Dick Danielsen – Dick gave a reporting of the Treasury Report
with an accounting of deposits and checks written and our current balance. A
copy is attached for your consideration. Dick read a financial accounting of the
clubs fixed costs and income. Stephanie Engelman sold raffle tickets for the May
meeting. Our treasury balance matches the bank balance.
VP of Activities Keith Garrison – Keith thanked members for new runs in June and
reminded members to remember to call and get them on the calendar. Keith
asked Run Leaders to report on the past and upcoming activities.
