only Muslim managed nursing home in<br />
<strong>Singapore</strong> and has residents of all races<br />
and faiths.<br />
Established in 2002<br />
Has a capacity of 185 beds<br />
Our Care Staff maintained the highest<br />
standards of care & infection control<br />
practices with continuous clinical<br />
training and ongoing audits to ensure<br />

Increased variation of activities for<br />
Rehab by 90% as compared to 3<br />
years ago (WSP data). More unique<br />
clients served, increased participation<br />

Integrated Home & Day Care Programme<br />

step-down long-term nursing<br />
care and those with special<br />

• Officially opened in 2017<br />
• Can accommodate about 29 patients,<br />
and coordinates with the Day Care<br />
Centre to improve residents' overall social,<br />
mental, and physical well-being.<br />
To further improve the seniors’ recovery<br />
process, the Home's rehabilitation equipment<br />
has also been upgraded.<br />
The usage of technology provides<br />
savings in manpower resulting in more<br />
available time for the staff to do other rehab<br />
activities for the residents.<br />
