Ingredients:<br />
2 lb. ground beef ½ C. chopped onion<br />
1 C. flour 1 tsp. salt<br />
1/4 tsp. pepper<br />
Mix ground beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients. Shape into<br />
balls about 1 ½ inches in diameter. Roll balls lightly in flour.<br />
Bring a large pot <strong>of</strong> water to a boil. Drop the balls into the water.<br />
Cook about 25-30 minutes or until there is no pink in the middle <strong>of</strong><br />
the balls.<br />
Servings: 30 balls<br />
