Some of the parks we would like to add are: Bay Aristocrat, Bay's End, Gull Aire, Honeymoon, Isle of Palms, Lowe’s City, Harbor Lights, Village Green and Westwind I. If you know someone in another Manufactured Home community, tell them about us. If they come to us for printing of their monthly newsletter, you will receive a one time payment of $1.00 for every lot in that park. EXAMPLE: If you send us a park with 350 units, you will receive a check for $350.00! Teakwood West Neighborhood Watch By Guy Shreck _____________________________________________________________________ ____________________________ Now that we’re into our summer months, let’s all keep an eye on our neighbors’ homes and a lookout for any suspicious activity in the park. If you see anything that looks suspicious - any criminal activity, people trespassing, or an open or damaged door or window call the Largo Police - 587-6730. With your help, we can deter crime in our neighborhood. Also, remember to lock your house, shed, car, bicycle, etc. Also, have you noticed how many people have started speeding in the park? Just a reminder that the speed limit in the park is 10 MPH. We sure wouldn’t like someone to get hit because the speed limit was ignored. Hurricane Season Information _____________________________________________________________________ As we all know, summer residents need to prepare for the possibility of a hurricane heading our way. Please read the information provided on the inside back cover of this newsletter. Food Bank _____________________________________________________________________ Our contributions to the RCS Food Bank to date has reached 8562 pounds!!! Thank you to all the residents who remember to bring their non-perishable food items to the clubhouse. It is so badly needed by those in the community less fortunate than most of us (see list on the board of items most needed). RCS also accepts food coupons - you can drop them in the slotted box in the clubhouse.
