yindeki bilinmeyen bölgelerden yola çıkarak, bu
alanlar üzerine alınan kararlar, bölgenin değişimi
ve bilinir hale gelmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma,
eleştirel yürüme yöntemi kullanılarak, kentleşmenin
kuzey üzerindeki baskısını gözlemlemektedir.
Araştırmanın soruları, “Yeri fiziksel ve statik formundan
çıkarak değişimi üzerinden deneyimlerimizle
tartışmak mümkün müdür? İstanbul’da
yapılan yatırımlar ve kentsel değişiklikler insanlar
için her zaman anlaşılabilir mi? Onları yeniden
hayal edersek nasıl olur? Kuzey İstanbul’daki tahribi
deneyimlemek farkındalığı nasıl etkiler? Üst
ölçekten tartıştığımız alanlar (peyzajlar) insan ölçeğine
indiğimizde bizi nasıl karşılar?” şeklindedir.
Araştırmanın sorguları “karşıtlıklar ve çarpışmalar”
olarak ikiye ayrılmıştır.
ern Istanbul. Starting from the unknown regions
in the north of Istanbul, the decisions taken on
these areas aim to change the region and make
it known. Using the critical walking method, the
research observes the pressure of urbanization on
the north.
The questions of the research were, “Is it possible
to discuss the change of the place from its physical
and static form with our experiences? Are investments
and urban changes in Istanbul always
understandable to people? What if we re-imagined
them? How does experiencing the destruction
in Northern Istanbul affect awareness? How
do the areas (landscapes) we discuss from the
upper scale welcome us when we descend to the
human scale?” is in the form. The questions of the
research are divided into two as “oppositions and
collisions”.
