INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFY
FOR
Labor outsources service (Facility Management,
Drivers, Mooring Technicians, Generators and
electricity Technicians, Tires repair Technicians)

APM Terminals Liberia Ltd. is a part of the AP Moller
Maersk Group, an international container terminal
operating company. APM Terminals Liberia Ltd is a multi
-purpose terminal within the confines of the Freeport of
Monrovia which is controlled by the National Port
Authority (NPA).
APM Terminals Liberia now invites Manpower
management service providers to submit their prequalification
documents to pre-qualify and participate in
the bidding process for the provision of LABOR
OUTSOURCE SERVICE.
Interested companies are invited to send an emailto

their interest and submitting the following documents for
initial evaluation not later than May 2,2022 @5:00 PM
Liberia time.
A complete set of Bidding documents will be sent to the
email address of service providers who will be prequalified
to submit bids. Pre-qualified service provider
will also have the opportunity to conduct a site visit at our
Terminal.
Interested firms must provide the following:
a) Company Profile inclusive of (services, branches,
Mgmt. team and shareholders) and ownership
structure of the company.
b) Evidence of two (2) plus years of experience as a
Manpower Service Provider for reputed clients In
Liberia.
c) Business registration/Article of Incorporation);
d) Recent Tax clearance
e) Clients List.
f) Revenue and financials of the last 3 years.
All required pre-qualification documents must be
submitted via email no later than 5:00 PM on or before
