STORY
Champagne Lombard is a family Champagne
House located in Epernay and was founded in
1925. Philippe Lombard, Thierry Lombard and
today Thomas Lombard have led in succession the
Champagne House. In 2008 the House initiated
the development of a grape sourcing policy
focussing on PREMIER and GRAND CRUs. This
orientation led to Cellar Master Laurent Vaillant
working on the first parcel vinification
WINE MAKING
Extra Brut Premier Cru is created from a blend of
grapes coming from different Premier Cru-terroirs.
This signature champagne with very low dosage,
only 4 g per liter, has aged 36 months in the
cellars. The Pinot Noirs and Meuniers offer intense
orchad fuits while the Chardonnay provides
a minerally driven backbone. It invites you to
continue the tasting experience in away from the
aperitif occasion.
