STORY
Corvezzo is a 100% certified organic winery with over
half a century of winemaking tradition. They pursue
their sustainable goal every day, thanks to our
extraordinary expertise in the delicate art of organic
viticulture.
The knowledge they have gained experimenting
with innovative agronomic techniques for more than
10 years now, has made them sector leaders in the
production of organic Prosecco and Pinot Grigio.
The family’s winery and vineyard (154ha) are located
near Treviso, between the Dolomites and the Adriatic
Sea, a perfect area for the production of organic
grapes.
WINE MAKING
Corvezzo Spumante Blanc de Blancs is a unique
cuvée produced exclusively for Tallink Silja. The
grapes are organically on the lush rolling hills of
Veneto. Corvezzo Spumante Blanc de Blancs is a
blend of organic Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc
grapes. The wine making follows the same methods
as Prosecco, producing a similiar refreshing but
intensely fruity style of sparkling wine. Corvezzo
Spumante Blanc de Blancs is Extra Dry in style, with
a residual sugar of 12,5g/l.
FOOD PAIRING
Corvezzo Spumante Blanc de Blancs can be enjoyed
on its own and is prefect for any festive occasion. It
also pairs well with many dishes, such as antipasti,
strawberries, sea food and salads. Serve at 6-8c.
