Hello & welcome!<br />
I can’t believe it’s <strong>Sept</strong>ember already. Have you<br />
had a good summer?<br />
The summer has whizzed by and I’ve had to think<br />
long and hard about the ‘true purpose’ of my life.<br />
I was asked to think what skills I’ve learnt during<br />
my life. What am I doing with those skills and<br />
what more I can do to contribute helping people<br />
in need? It was indeed food for thought and I am<br />
formalising a plan to actually do more to help<br />
people in need.<br />
A lot of the time we think about what we can<br />
do to make ourselves happy but true happiness<br />
comes from finding peace within and helping<br />
others. This can be a difficult journey for many, but<br />
with the right help it can be done.<br />
If you have time to volunteer, then help a charity,<br />
or if you meet a stranger in the street give them a<br />
smile or a kind word or help an elderly neighbour.<br />
By giving, you are helping yourself in more ways<br />
than you can imagine. Take good care of yourself.<br />
