As already stated, note that if the microPLC is used on chambers different from Challenge and Hygros<br />

(“standard chambers”), the meanings of some channels could be different from those reported here.<br />

Whre the DCTC term appears it means that the corrispondent columns of values are relative to the “Salt<br />

Fogs” systems.<br />

READING AREA<br />

The information in this area allows the user to know the general status of the system.<br />

According to the application to be developed only a part of these information could be necessary.<br />

Note that measures are multiblied by a factor whose value depends from the parameter. The factor is reported in each<br />

table (for example: PT100 n. 0 * 100 means that in the memory location the value is the temperature measure for<br />

PT100 number 0, multiplied by 100).<br />

PT100 MEASURES<br />

For Challenge/Hygros chambers the PT100 no. 0 is the probe of dry bulb, and the no. 1 is the probe of wet bulb.<br />

Note that the PT100 n. 0 is also copied into locatios 2036-2037 (Calculated Input Measures).<br />

CALCULATED INPUTS MEASURES<br />

For standard chambers only 3 parameters are used. Note that the temperature reported below is the same value you can find in<br />

the PT100 measures table at address 2000; in effect it is the dry bulb temperature.<br />

Absolute humidity is the absolute value used by the chamber regulator to control the humidity in the chamber. It is normally not<br />

useful to the operator: Relative humidity and Temperature globally identify the status of the chamber.<br />
