TEST PROGRAM STATUS<br />
All information on the test cycle status actually running are reported in this section.<br />
Note that the information relative to the table jumps (loop, locations of memory from 2127 to 2146) are divided into<br />
high byte (to the left) and low byte (to the right) and each byte has the meaning reported in the corresponding<br />
position.<br />
Note that “segment flags” and “control flags” are variables used internally by the chamber controller during the<br />
execution of a cycle. These flags are not useful to the normal user.<br />
