data and analytics officer
at Equifax where he is
responsible for global data
innovation, maximizing the
benefits of differentiated
data assets, leading
analytics capabilities, and
using data fabric within the
Equifax CloudTM to drive
new products and growth.
Before Equifax, Schneider
was with Visa as the global
head of data products.
BRIAN SCHOON (MAc09)
was named to the Quad
Cities Regional Business
Journal’s 2022 40 Under 40
list. He is a senior director
at RSM U.S., LLP.
TIFFANI SHAW (BBA92)
is the chief of staff at
Clarivate. She reports to
JERRE STEAD (BBA65),
the executive chairman
and chief executive officer.
Shaw was previously the
University of Iowa Center for
Advancement’s executive
vice president and chief
operating officer.
ELISHA SMILEY (BBA01/
MAc02) is a pastry chef and
instructor at the Culinary
Institute of America-
Greystone in the Napa Valley.
Her study abroad experience
in Dijon, France sparked her
interest in food and led to her
career shift.

the Iowa Insurance Hall
of Fame. To be eligible for
consideration, nominees
must have an Iowa
connection, serve as a role
model for young people
as well as others in the
insurance business, exhibit
the highest standards of
ethical conduct and have
had significant impact on
the insurance industry.
Willadsen is currently
the chief innovation
officer of Holmes Murphy
& Associates, having
previously served as their
chief financial officer from
1995-2021.
