2022 Allevia Annual Report

I would like to recognise the hard work
contributed by all, across the Allevia team
during 2021-2022. Delivering 24/7 services in
a COVID-19 environment, for the third year in
a row, has tested the commitment of us all.
I commend the four employees featured in
this Annual Report who have demonstrated
the three essential virtues of an Ideal Team
Player’ despite the difficulties they faced in
their day-to-day work. Ideal team players,
as Lencioni 4 describes them, are Hungry,
Humble and (emotionally) Smart
I express my personal appreciation for team
efforts that have ensured service continuity
was maximised while acknowledging the level
of exhaustion was real. I hope that next year,
COVID will be a distant memory to us all.
