LETTER FROM THE LPU PRESIDENT
Dear Friends,
Welcome to our Centennial kick-off edition of Carry On. What an exciting time
to be part of Life Pacific University! Our vision and verse for this academic year
come from Hebrews and remind us of the belief we’ve stood firm on for 100
years.
Remember your leaders who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome
of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday,
today, and forever. Hebrews 13:7-8
I think of the faithful men and women who have come before me, and I’m
inspired to imitate their faith as I help lead this university. I’m also reminded of
you; friends who support our mission and leaders launched into ministry from
our campuses to serve God in the Church, the workplace, and the world. Life
Pacific University continues to build legacy through new generations of servant
leaders who boldly live and speak the Word of God while navigating a rapidly
changing culture.
Transformation happens here. Life Pacific University, as it expands, remains
committed to integrating biblical truth into the classroom and every aspect
of the university. Faculty and staff pursue academic excellence and create a
transformational student experience for the spiritual formation of every student,
whether online or on campus. Students gather as a community to read, write,
reflect, and engage in life-on-life discipleship in and outside the classroom.

year institution. We know that transformational leaders are needed more today
than ever before as we look forward to our next 100 years. As you read through
these pages, would you join in the celebration? Be sure to watch the Presidential
Vision video and read our Centennial priorities on pages 11 and 12 as we build
legacy with God’s leading and provision.
I am so encouraged by you, your ongoing partnership with us, and how lives are
being touched through your ministry. You are dearly valued, and I pray for God’s
