WIBBL E<br />
INGREDIENTS:<br />
• 25ml Whitley Neill Original<br />
• 25ml sloe gin<br />
• 25ml pink grapefruit<br />
• 10ml lemon<br />
• 10ml Chambord<br />
• 10ml sugar<br />
METHOD:<br />
1. Shake with cubed ice.<br />
2. Strain into a highball glass with ice<br />
3. Garnish with grapefruit & berries.<br />
CLOVER CLUB<br />
INGREDIENTS:<br />
• 40ml Whitley Neill Original<br />
• 20ml raspberry syrup<br />
• 15ml Martini Extra Dry<br />
• 15ml lemon juice<br />
• 1 egg white<br />
METHOD:<br />
1. Shake with cubed ice.<br />
2. Double strain into a chilled coupette.<br />
3. Garnish with raspberry.<br />
