A. That is the key benefit of the Duet Diffuser. It does not require water to deliver the pure essence of essential

Q. How long is the Duet Diffuser power cord?
A. The USB cord is 1.5 m in length. The convenient handle on this diffuser makes it easy to carry and plug in at the
destination of you choice.
Q. How much area does the Duet Diffuser cover?
A. The Duet Diffuser covers an area of approximately 55 m 2 .
Q. Can the Duet Diffuser run continuously?
A. The Duet Diffuser cannot run continuously. It does have multiple runtime options: one, two, four or
eight hours, as well as intermittent.
Q. Will the Duet Diffuser shut off automatically when it runs out of oil?
A. No, the Duet Diffuser does not have an automatic shutoff when the oil is depleted. Remember this diffuser also
has a bluetooth speaker option, so it will run until it reaches the end of it’s selected runtime or when turned off

A. There are no lighting options on the Duet Diffuser other than LED indication lights for the selected settings on
mist intensity and runtime.

Q. Does the Duet Diffuser have its own music or Bluetooth capability?
A. You can play white noise tracks on the Duet Diffuser via the Bluetooth connection, which creates an
enjoyable experience that you can create with your own music or sound selection. For that reason, there is no
built in noise option in this diffuser.

A. Yes, the Duet Diffuser has been confirmed as BPA free.

maximise one particular essential oil, you can connect two bottles of the same oil to both pumps.
Q. How fast will the Duet Diffuser diffuse a 15 ml bottle of oil?
A. How quickly the oil diffuses will depend on the mode used as well as the viscosity of the oil. In 30 sec. on/10
sec. off mode, the consumption of oil is 1 ml/hour and the estimated hours are 15–20. The consumption speed
will reduce when the remaining oil is a small amount.
Q. Will Duet come with complimentary oils?
