RM of Dufferin 190 is accepting<br />

applications for a Seasonal Grader<br />

Operator.<br />

QUALIFICATIONS:<br />

• Must poses a valid driver’s licence and have<br />

their own transportation.<br />

• Have knowledge of grader operation and<br />

service.<br />

• Have a working knowledge of road building<br />

and maintenance.<br />

• Have a full working knowledge of grading<br />

techniques.<br />

• Must be capable of working with a minimum<br />

or without supervision.<br />

DUTIES:<br />

• Operate equipment and work in compliance<br />

with the Saskatchewan Employment Act<br />

and the Occupational Health and Safety<br />

Regulations.<br />

• Maintain and repair all roads on a priority basis<br />

as required by road conditions.<br />

SEASONAL GRADER OPERATOR<br />

• Blade all roads in a professional and safe<br />

manner.<br />

• Service machinery and assist in repairs as the<br />

case may be.<br />

• Do work as per the road maintenance<br />

schedule or as directed by the Foreman.<br />

• Work hours as per schedule and additional<br />

hours as per Policy 400-2.1.1.<br />

• Road maintenance personnel are required to<br />

work 10 hour per day during certain seasons.<br />

The RM of Dufferin 190 offers a<br />

competitive salary to be paid in accordance<br />

with qualifications and experience.<br />
