In affectionate remembrance of a beloved brother / this tablet is erected by his sorrowing<br />

relatives / to whom he was endeared not more by the / ties of relationship than by an<br />

amiable / disposition <strong>and</strong> a loving heart. His early years / gave promise of an useful life<br />

but that life / was not to be of earth. It pleased his heavenly / Father to call him in the<br />

morning of his days. / to a happy <strong>and</strong> glorious rest . WILLIAM TURNER ASTON / died October<br />

13th 1857 aged 13 years / "Of such is the KIngdom of Heaven."<br />
