Parking<br />
Please park at the Senior <strong>School</strong> pick up and drop off area.<br />
If it is necessary to park on Mottingham Lane, parents are asked<br />
not to park their cars within the restricted area on either side of<br />
the entrance. Please do not park across our neighbours’<br />
driveways, perform u-turns in the lane or double park on<br />
pavements opposite the College. The <strong>Junior</strong> <strong>School</strong> car park is<br />
for staff use only.<br />
<strong>School</strong> Coaches<br />
Details about school coaches are available on the<br />

This service is managed by coachhire.com. If you need to cancel<br />
a school coach, please contact them directly.<br />
Lost Property<br />
If your child has lost something they should:<br />
• Check the <strong>Junior</strong> <strong>School</strong> Pavilion and Chalet at the<br />
beginning or end of the day<br />
• Check the lost property baskets on the ground floor of the<br />
<strong>Junior</strong> <strong>School</strong><br />
• Check outside the Dining Hall (in the Old Quad)<br />
• Write it on the list in their Form room<br />
• If all of the above are unsuccessful, speak to the Form Tutor<br />
At the end of each term, all unclaimed lost property is displayed<br />
on a table in the downstairs lobby area of the <strong>Junior</strong> <strong>School</strong>.<br />
Valuable items (e.g. watches, phones) are kept safely by<br />
Mr A.Taylor, not stored in lost property.<br />
Communications<br />
I need to contact the College about something; what is the<br />
best method?<br />
If it is regarding your child’s academic work, please contact the<br />
teacher concerned and/or their Form Tutor. A list of all staff email<br />
addresses is on the College website here:<br />

If you have any pastoral/wellbeing questions about your child,<br />
please contact the Form Tutor or Head of Year.<br />
If you have any questions about day to day events e.g. fixtures,<br />
music concerts, etc., please check the College website.<br />
If you have any questions about financial matters please contact<br />
the Bursary.<br />
When is it appropriate to telephone the College?<br />
• In the case of sickness or late arrival<br />
• If you are delayed collecting your child at the end of the<br />
school day<br />
• If there is a change to your child’s going home<br />
arrangements<br />
• In the case of any serious or urgent matter<br />
• If you cannot access the information you need by all<br />
other routes<br />

Extreme Weather<br />
If the College has to close due to extreme weather, you will be<br />
notified by text and a message will appear on the College<br />
website and social media feeds. If you have heard nothing,<br />
please assume that the College is still open.
