particularly have been on the end <strong>of</strong> fast and loose with him and<br />
I don't care for it.<br />
MR. HAEG: Yep. Well I guess where I'm at is I'm ...<br />
MR. OSTERMAN: You've got an appeal due on April the 3 rd on points<br />
<strong>of</strong> appeal that Chuck Robinson filed because obligated to under<br />
the Court rules and the rules <strong>of</strong> ethics and I don't necessarily<br />
agree with the points on appeal that he's [Robinson] got. The<br />
points on appeal can be amended until a day before the brief is<br />
submitted.<br />
MR. HAEG: Ok.<br />
MR. OSTERMAN: So there's not a big deal there. Here's the<br />
situation though is I don't have access to the trial and you<br />
didn't mention how many days was the trial?<br />
