winning in the appeal and that's why you've got till April the<br />
3 rd to come up with a brief and I'm sorry it took me so long but<br />
I read just a massive amount <strong>of</strong> material I spend every waking<br />
minute. I was in Borough meeting last night reading emails from<br />
clients that I had printed and carried with me. I mean it's –<br />

know- Chuck Robinson asked to withdraw, the Court <strong>of</strong> appeals<br />
denied his -um- his request and I think they just didn't want to<br />
leave me without an attorney but if I got an attorney we can ask<br />
for an extension and Chuck told me that they it's almost<br />
guaranteed that you would get an ex – we could get an extension<br />
– if I got a new attorney we could get an extension and that's<br />
where -you know- that's what I would like to do because there's<br />
