MR. OSTERMAN: And he didn't show up.<br />
MR. HAEG: And he never showed up and there was a call I got<br />
billed for that went to Chuck's <strong>of</strong>fice the day before he was<br />
supposed to show up and they – they "conferred". I mean it<br />
says, "conferred" for a half hour. And I'm like I demanded he<br />
be there, I paid for the subpoena, and I have a Constitutional<br />
Right to guarantee that witnesses show up and he didn't show.<br />

MR. HAEG: It – it – I mean -you know- and if – if -you know- if<br />
it seems like I have a hard time with attorneys I think I have<br />
cause<br />
