Importance of a Team A strong team of at least seven individuals (including one Mental Health Professional) is required to bring This Is My Brave - The Show to your city. Use the job descriptions that are listed in the following pages to identify well-qualified and committed candidates to complete your team. It is important to note that you should build your team with individuals from varying networks in your area. This way, you will maximize your reach in your community as a team and be able to draw prospective cast members, sponsors, supporters and ticket buyers from those groups. 8
