100% of whatever mineral, oil, gas, geothermal,<br />

hydro-carbon, and gravel rights<br />

they actually own, subject to reservations<br />

by previous owners. The sellers make no<br />

of any mineral or other sub-surface rights<br />

Energy. There are two buried 1,000-gallon<br />
