Lisbon is one of the oldest and most beautiful European metropolises and not only features a wonderful landscape but also great history and a pleasant climate. Even in mid-November, daytime temperatures reach almost +20°C and do not drop below +10°C at night. Join in and celebrate the last sunny summer days together with choirs from all over the world in the Portuguese capital on the banks of the Tagus!

Museu Nacional do Azulejo<br />

Lisboa é mundialmente conhecida pelos seus Azulejos – azulejos coloridos que cobrem<br />

as fachadas e paredes das casas. Apresentam padrões típicos, mas também retratam<br />

cenas históricas e paisagens urbanas, bem como contos. Situado no antigo claustro<br />

"Convento Madre de Deus", o Museu Nacional do Azulejo apresenta, com a sua impressionante<br />

coleção, a história e as funções dos azulejos desde o século XV.<br />

Lisbon is known worldwide for its Azulejos – colorful ceramic tiles that cover house fronts<br />

and walls. They show typical patterns but also depict historical scenes, cityscapes and<br />

tales. Situated in the former cloister “Convento Madre de Deus”, the national museum of<br />

ceramic tiles (Museu Nacional do Azulejo) introduces with its impressive collection the<br />

history and functions of ceramic tiles since the 15 th century.<br />
