AIMMP's mission is to represent, promote and protect the interests
of Portuguese companies from the five sectorial divisions that make
up the wood and furniture sector: wood cutting, felling, sawing
and wood packing; panels, other wood derivatives and biomass
energy; carpentry and alike; furniture and alike; export, import and
distribution of wood and derivatives. These industries export ¤3.3
billions per year.
Inter Wood & Furniture is a structured intervention program
that supports portuguese companies interested in developing
internationalization strategies in order to expand into new growing
markets. Over the years, this program has supported more than
400 companies, through more than 140 actions in more than 50
markets with incentives up to 50%, having certainly contributed to
the growth of the sector’s exports by around 1.000 million euros in
the last 10 years.

Cobermaster Concept is a Portuguese brand
dedicated to the development and manufacture of
premium furniture with vintage and industrial
inspiration with international projection.
Innovation, sustainability, design and character are
the basis of inspiration for the creation of each of
the pieces, most of which are produced using 3D
grating, a mesh with unique characteristics,
manufactured using a technology developed and
patented by the company itself. We hold hands
with the environment and for that reason we
develop and produce pieces with a responsible
use of materials with the reuse and reintegration
of almost 100% of our production surplus. On the
other hand, we also bet on a sturdy manufacture
of our pieces, providing them a long life cycle and
the possibility to be restored many years later.

By the end of the 15 th century, Portugal plunged
in the adventure of maritime discoveries, which
would bring together the most remote civilizations
in the world. Embarking on this adventure, the
Portuguese craftsmen created a tradition of
furniture design which combined the European
ancestral knowledge with new techniques learnt
in the four corners of the world and the noble
and exotic materials brought back from these
adventures. The fusion of knowledge and materials
resulted in the timeless art of Portuguese furniture
making, producing pieces of extraordinary charm
with a craft mastery opened to the world.
Atelier AF&TV appear in 2001, a devoted heir of
this creativity and rigour placed on woodwork,
from the first stage of drying until the final finish,
reintroducing the mastery of inlaying, carving and
gilding, to restore and create replicas of antique
pieces of furniture, musical instruments and
sculptural pieces that perpetuate the beauty and
splendour of the original art. In 2017 we launch
Maju brand in which culminates all the knowledge
of an unequaled art of furniture and a passion for
