groomer, will be joining the team at the<br />

grooming services for both dogs and cats.<br />

convenience for pet owners. Now, while<br />

your furry friend enjoys their stay in<br />

Leeston Santa Parade, Friday at 6.30pm The Leeston Santa Dash<br />

starts the fun with a run along Main St, with a trophy for the person/<br />

people running in the best Christmas outfit. Free pony rides and bouncy<br />

castles for the children. Lots of food vendors. A good chance to do some<br />

Christmas shopping as well. The parade starts at 6.45pm. Following<br />

the parade there is a lolly scramble, and a chance to have your photo<br />

taken for free on Santa’s knee. Keep an eye out for the prize draw too.<br />

Following the parade, a free Christmas movie in the park will play in<br />

Anderson Square.<br />

Saturday, 4-8pm<br />

Go along to this free community event<br />

celebrating Christmas. There will be food<br />

trucks, music, movies and more.<br />

Siu from Loopy Tunes for a session of<br />

interactive bilingual Māori and Pasifika<br />

music fun from 11-11.30am. Aimed at<br />

preschoolers. From 12.30-1pm will be the<br />

Court Jesters Storytime. The jesters return<br />
