Welcome to Gallery 35
What a busy first month
it has been for us at
Gallery 35! Thank you
to everyone who has
supported us and our
artists thus far.
We kicked things off
with our Opening
Launch Evening,
kindly opened by
our new mayor
Raj Bisram, and what an amazing
evening it was. Cranbrook definitely
knows how to show up and support
its community as we spilled out
onto the street celebrating. The
wine was flowing, as was our
gratitude! A big thank you to
Larkins for letting us borrow their
wine glasses.
Since opening night, we have
welcomed new artists to our
existing talented group of creatives,
from all over the Southeast. The
eclectic selection of work includes
painting, printmaking, photography,
ceramics, glass, paper, sculpture,
mixed media and jewellery. If you
are looking for something specific,
or don’t know what you’re looking
for at all, we are more than happy
to advise.
We look forward to getting to
know even more of you, as does
our resident mascot, Poppy, who
you can find sitting on the steps,
welcoming you in. So do drop in
to see the variety of creativity the
Southeast has to offer, from vibrant,
colourful ceramics to textural
landscape painting to jewellery
made with found sea-glass.
