FEE REDUCTION Program City of Palo Alto residents may be eligible for the Fee Reduction Program, which offers a 25% or 50% discount on program fees based on household income. A $300 subsidy cap will be applied per eligible youth (under 17 years of age), adults aged 60+, and persons with disabilities, while eligible adults age 59 and younger will receive a subsidy cap of $150. Discounts are available for most Art Center, Children’s Theatre, Junior Museum and Zoo, Open Space, and Recreation camps and classes, and Boost! or Teen Center memberships. Discounts are valid for 12 months from application approval or until individual subsidy cap has been met. Participants must re-apply annually.
