Bakers Boot <strong>Camp</strong> |<br />

California Cuisine<br />

Bakers Boot <strong>Camp</strong> is designed to give young bakers<br />

a gradual build of core skills to be confident bakers.<br />

Students may enter with any level of skill and will leave<br />

with a working knowledge of important baking<br />

processes and confidence that only time and experience<br />

can give them. If perfecting the art of baking is your<br />

mission, join us for this camp! After lunch we will<br />

transition into recipes that celebrate the sun-kissed<br />

cuisine of California. With a focus on fresh flavors,<br />

hands-on techniques and presentation you’ll work<br />

together to prepare exciting new recipes you can share<br />

with the whole family that originated right here in sunny<br />

California! $100 lab fee due the first day.<br />

Cupcake Masters | Taste the Map<br />

What’s sweeter than a bounty of delicious and beautiful<br />

cupcakes hand crafted by your own Junior Master Chef?<br />

With the help of our professional cake instructors, you<br />

will learn the ways of a true cupcake artist! Students will<br />

mix, bake, design and complete delectable cupcakes<br />

that will showcase their creativity and taste absolutely<br />

divine! In the afternoon you will take a culinary journey<br />

all around the world with the Chefs at Junior Chef Stars.<br />

Each afternoon we will explore the culture and food of<br />

various countries and you will learn important kitchen<br />

skills as we introduce them to the richness of the<br />

cuisines and cultures around the world. So, pack up<br />

those taste buds and register today! $100 lab fee due the<br />

Global Goodies | Fantasy Foodies<br />

In the morning you will go on a worldwide adventure<br />

where exploring desserts and the cultures they derived<br />

from is the main itinerary. Join our experienced instructors<br />

in creating new, and exciting treats that will have<br />

your sweet tooth craving more! As a famous animated<br />

chef once said: “Anyone can cook!”. Believe it or not,<br />

anyone can cook, and no, you don’t need a mouse<br />

under your chef hat to do the work for you, or a Panda<br />

with the secret-to-secret ingredient noodle soup. In the<br />

afternoon we will be exploring recipes and dishes from<br />

some of your favorite animated movies. No matter your<br />

experience, the recipes in this hands-on cooking camp<br />

are sure to bring magic to any kingdom. $100 lab fee due<br />
