<strong>2023</strong>, it brings immense pleasure<br />

to reflect on the strong sense of community that our<br />

residents are already cultivating together.<br />

With construction progressing well, we eagerly await<br />

the village’s opening in late 2024. Beyond construction,<br />

our commitment lies in fostering a culture of health,<br />

wellness, and strong community bonds.<br />

PROJECT UPDATE<br />

Construction Update<br />

Parkview Constructions continue<br />

to make impressive strides on all<br />

aspects of our development.<br />

Both our Swaines Building<br />

and Coolaroo Building are on<br />

schedule. The most northern<br />

point of our Swaines building sees<br />

the concrete roof poured and<br />

complete, with the Northwestern<br />

section in the process of<br />

constructing the last remaining<br />

decking, ready for the roof to be<br />

poured in early January 2024.<br />

Coolaroo building is also meeting<br />

target timelines with decking in<br />

progress on Level 3 ready for<br />

concrete pouring, also in early<br />

January 2024.<br />

Overall, we are pleased with the<br />

status of the development, and<br />

we continue to be on schedule for<br />

overall completion late 2024.<br />
