Newsletter. As we bid farewell to
2023, it brings immense pleasure
to reflect on the strong sense of community that our
residents are already cultivating together.
With construction progressing well, we eagerly await
the village’s opening in late 2024. Beyond construction,
our commitment lies in fostering a culture of health,
wellness, and strong community bonds.

PROJECT UPDATE
Construction Update
Parkview Constructions continue
to make impressive strides on all
aspects of our development.
Both our Swaines Building
and Coolaroo Building are on
schedule. The most northern
point of our Swaines building sees
the concrete roof poured and
complete, with the Northwestern
section in the process of
constructing the last remaining
decking, ready for the roof to be
poured in early January 2024.
Coolaroo building is also meeting
target timelines with decking in
progress on Level 3 ready for
concrete pouring, also in early
January 2024.
Overall, we are pleased with the
status of the development, and
we continue to be on schedule for
overall completion late 2024.
