Growing
mushrooms
Mushrooms are healthy because they are high
in vitamins, protein and fibre and low in fat.
Mushrooms are easy to grow at home. These
mushrooms grow best between 8 and 18 °C in
a dark place. Moisten the soil with a plant
sprayer twice a day.
Seedlings
Onions, shallots and garlic are easy to grow and always
useful in the kitchen.
Different packages with 100, 250, and 500 grams of
seedlings are supplied with a beautiful label. Onion sets
are seasonal items and can be delivered from January to
mid-April, while supplies last.

ONIONS WITH CAPPER
ROMY
Romy is a mid-early variety that produces hard, uniformly round onions
with a thin neck and a deep red to purple colour. It can be grown on any soil
type and is suitable for short-term storage, partly because of its
strong skin.

Setton gives a huge yield and produces very uniform, round onions.
Setton has strong skin, a medium neck and a golden yellow
colour. Under the right conditions, this onion set can be
stored year-round.

SJALOT BIZTRO
The variety produces uniformly round shallots with strong, beautiful,
reddishbrown skin. Biztro is also called the improved Red Sun. The variety can
