Situated in the very heart of Positano, Hotel Covo dei Saraceni sprawls
across several terraces on the seafront, from where you can enjoy
stunning views directly over Positano's coastline. A family-owned
property, the hotel’s welcoming reception area leads to a relaxing
lounge furnished with large white sofas, whitewashed walls, and
climbing bougainvillea. It's a great place from which to escape the
bustling seafront and watch the world go by.
Protruding from a cliff overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea,
Hotel Belvedere offers spectacular views of this UNESCO World
Heritage site - the Amalfi Coast. The hotel is situated in the area of
Conca Dei Marini and is just over two miles from the town of Amalfi,
which can be reached by the hotel's minibus (payable locally) or the
local bus. The hotel is a favourite among Citalia guests, and this
family-run hotel offers a warm welcome.
White, green and gold are used throughout the hotel to reflect the
colours of Positano, while glass-backed lifts reveal some interesting
frescoed walls. Spend the days relaxing with views of the duomo
and coastline from the hotel’s rooftop panoramic terrace and heated
swimming pool (normally in use May to October).
The hotel’s terraced Restaurant Savino’s, complete with beach views,
is an ideal spot for a light lunch or al fresco dinners.
Not suitable for guests with restricted mobility.
Spend your days lounging on the sun terrace or by by the cliffside
seawater swimming pool, which is one of the largest on the coast.
The hotel has a panoramic restaurant offering stunning views of the
coastline. Traditional Mediterranean dishes with classic recipes from
the Amalfi Coast will make for a perfect end to the day. Indulge in local
products such as the famous fior di latte, semi-soft fresh cheese from
nearby Agerola, and the catch of the day from the Gulf of Salerno.
The white meats and cheeses come seasoned and prepared with extra
virgin olive oil Cima di Bitonto from Puglia, known for its lightness and
naturalness. The menu changes daily and includes delicate pastries
prepared by the on-site pastry chef.
